1.1 These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyCitiPad Residential Portal (the "Portal"), an online service through which residents and tenants can view information relating to their tenancy, access documents, submit maintenance requests and, where made available, make payments.
1.2 The Portal is operated by MyCitiPad Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15683506), whose registered office is at 11 Bingham Place, London, England, W1U 5AY ("MyCitiPad", "we", "us", "our"). References to "you" and "your" mean the individual accessing or using the Portal.
1.3 By registering for, accessing or using the Portal you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Portal.
2. The Portal and your tenancy
2.1 The Portal is a convenience tool provided to help you manage matters relating to your tenancy. It does not form part of, replace, vary or override your tenancy agreement or any other legally binding document between you, your landlord and/or MyCitiPad.
2.2 In the event of any conflict between information shown on the Portal and your tenancy agreement or a formal written notice, the tenancy agreement or formal notice will take precedence.
2.3 Nothing on the Portal constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.
3. Registration, eligibility and your account
3.1 To use the Portal you must be at least 18 years of age and be named on, or otherwise associated with, a current tenancy managed by MyCitiPad.
3.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account details up to date.
3.3 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us promptly at info@mycitipad.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.4 You must not share your account or allow any other person to access the Portal using your credentials.

6. Maintenance and repair requests
6.1 Where the Portal allows you to submit maintenance or repair requests, any timescales or status indicators shown are indicative only and do not form a contractual commitment as to when a repair will be carried out.
6.2 The Portal must not be used to report emergencies. In the event of an emergency (for example a gas leak, fire, flood, or a situation posing a risk to health or safety) you must use the emergency contact details provided to you and, where appropriate, contact the relevant emergency services.

7.1 Where the Portal enables you to make payments, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your use of that payment service may also be subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.
7.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
7.3 Making a payment through the Portal does not by itself discharge any obligation under your tenancy agreement unless and until the payment is received in cleared funds. You remain responsible for meeting your rent and other obligations in accordance with your tenancy agreement, including where the Portal or payment service is unavailable.
